What are your fitness goals? Do you put those goals on the back-burner because you don't have time to work towards them? I am a wife, a mother with three children at home, work a full time job and used to think I had no time to work on my goals. There is always time and there is always a way. My family is my life but I have realized that in order to be the best version of me I have to have my own goals and make time to work on them. I have always loved working out, running, and participating in races. I had my daughter, now three, and never made these things a priority. This changed when my husband pushed me to try something new, at the time a class that was offered locally. This changed everything and now I make working out and racing a priority again. I am now a better mom, wife, and employee. I feel so strongly about this that I decided to become certified as as personal trainer (NASM, CPT) so that I could help other people feel the same way.
