Join me for one of my monthly group events at a local venue, one of my weekly series or let's plan your private group celebration session. 🧘‍♀️ My Yoga+ system includes yoga, mindfulness, mental/attitude reframing, and healthy eating instruction, all brought to you at your location. Private and group instruction are available in your home, office, neighborhood, or at a park. Public events are held

I am very THANKFUL for this group of yogis and for my Hatfield Township series so far this year.
Tonight is the last session in the summer mini-series.
Hopefully you have all registered for the International Day of Yoga session Sunday evening.

If you haven't signed up for my FREE International Day of Yoga sunset session on June 21st at the Hatfield Township arboretum, go to their website to sign up today! Bring Dad to work off that cook out as a family.
