Tuck Barre & Yoga offers barre and yoga classes that work for you and your fitness level. Tuck's tea Forget what you've heard about barre.

If you take barre and yoga at tuck, you'll feel stronger, more confident and less anxious in your daily life. We're over fitness companies making us feel less than and profiting off our insecurities. We're just a small business with five studios in the Philly area - we don't have any "celebrity" trainers or fancy sponsorships. But what we do have is a group of people that want to help others learn to love movement and to stop punishing their bodies in the process (celebrating is way more fun!). You don't need to be a dancer, athlete, or coordinated to do it. We love barre because it is low impact but still gives us that "just went for a run" feeling. We love that we get an all-in-one full body workout in 30 minutes. We love that we can laugh while our muscles cry and feel a sense of community even when we're going through a pandemic. And we love yoga because it helps us feel grounded and flexible, in a time when we all need more of that. Learn more at tuckbarreyoga.com

Join us April 11 & 12 for our Level I Mat Pilates Teacher Training! It's a weekend immersion training designed to help you build an intelligent foundation for leading Pilates classes and will empower you to create accessible sequencing for all bodies.

We take a very practical approach to teacher training, so trainees will practice teaching and receive impactful feedback throughout the course.

That’s why we’re offering Rooted & Resilient: Yoga for a Chaotic World. This is a free community class series created to help us slow down, breathe, move, and remember that we aren't alone. Each week will feature a different class style, but the intention stays the same: grounding, connection, and collective support.
