Just a little reminder as winter is now in full swing, we are midway through the holiday season, and new years is right around the corner -
It’s easy to want to slow down in these colder months and kick back with some hot cocoa, a blanket, and some cheesy Hallmark holiday movies ☕️ 🍿 🎄
And that’s ok! 👌
But still get that daily movement in.
It doesn’t have to be a heavy lift session 🏋🏼♀️
It could be a walk 🚶
A 20 minute bike ride 🚴♂️
A light stretching session 🙆♂️
A Saturday morning outdoor bootcamp 😏
Just keep consistent, even when the battery is low, and keep showing up for yourself now, so you can show up for yourself later!
