Throughout my 20+ year training career and my 17 year bodybuilding career, I have heard countless times how I have inspired people to be a better version of themselves regarding their health. If you know me, you know that I will never take credit for the work anyone has done for themself.
But, inspiration is always needed at all levels, regardless if the influence is conscious or not. One of my clients has inspired me in a way he would have never thought he could. Meet my man . My homie is down 80 f…..in pounds in 5 months💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻… my man decided enough was enough and started to take control of his life, his actions, and his goal. And didn’t do it for the gram or meaningless likes… NO he did it because he wasn’t yo be a better man for him

First pics are my man Terrence…
We started working together in
November:
260lbs at approx 30-31% body fat…

March:
216lbs and 9.8% body fat. Pics are from day before and show day

My man worked his butt off… stayed constant with diet, strength training, and cardio. He didn’t complain, he just got to work. And we aren’t satisfied nor are we done.

What a difference!!!! His vacuum became insane. He worked very hard. Had millions of questions 😂😂😂. But was always very receptive, listened, and followed the direction.

Gentleman, for both of your first shows I’m so damn proud of the work you put in. Seeing your progress in the last 4 months, I could have asked for much more.

Special shout out too for putting on a quality first time show to allow athletes the opportunity to present their hard work

**anyone out there trying to reach a goal… it isn’t about a magic pill or powder… it isn’t about quick and easy results…it all comes down putting your mind in the right place… being consistent with your program… and getting your butt to work!!!!
