Whether you are a fitness competitor perfecting your posing or an athlete learning how to strut gracefully in heels, you are welcome to join us for the famous Savage Sunday Sessions (http://cathysavage.com/). We will be enjoying all that the great outdoors has to offer and that includes hill sprints! Philadelphia Summer Savage Sunday Sessions are starting Sunday, July 10 at 9:00 am. We will spend

the first hour posing in a great boutique studio space (The Well Loft) and then we will take it to the (mean) streets of Philly. (Ok, the only thing mean about the streets is the workout we will get in.) If you have any other competition related ideas, just let me know! Not sure what it means to be Savage? Savage Team Member $20 per session
Non-Savage Guest $30 per session

Hey ladies - looking forward to seeing you tomorrow. Just to let everyone know, tomorrow will be WORKOUT ONLY at 9am. With a smaller group and some scheduling issues for me, we will go from 9-10 and hold off on a posing session until March. So that means $10 for members, $15 for non members. See you tomorrow morning at 9 sharp! Get ready to sweat!!!!
