Not the prettiest picture and not even the best salad but I will say that these small changes are working alhumdulillah
I've been taking steps to eat a healthy breakfast every day - usually high protein, yogurt, Chia seeds, and toast.
I've been skipping the Dunkin' Donuts stops every morning - they're so inconsistent anyway!
I've been adding in more salads and vegetables. I love these anyway.
I've also been saying NO extra sugar - cakes, cookies, candy, and all the other junk that's sitting around.
