The only workout you'll regret is the one that you didn't do! It might be a struggle sometimes to get up out of bed and go workout, but I promise you it will be worth it! You are an athlete!!! You just have to believe in yourself ❀️

1. You will save money by not overbuying foods
2. You will save time because you make a bunch of meals at once ( less clean up time etc.)
3. You will feel more relaxed because you don't have to worry about cooking on a busy day
4. You won't be temped to grab convenient, unhealthy snacks because your healthy ones are ready to go!
5. You will feel better because you will be fueling yourself with healthy, well balanced meals.
