Being a part of a team, especially a team that works hard and has team unity is one of the best feelings in the world.
NO DRAMA
Chemistry is built, people respect each other, and they work together to achieve the goal.
I had the pleasure of being in this environment again at the BILLIE JEAN KING CUP in Panama and I am inspired...and motivated, cause I saw players pull together as a 'TEAM' have fun and kick butt.... I know it works.

The 5th and final part of the criteria is the your goals need to have a time limit....TIMEBOUNDGOALS.... A DEADLINE!.
Some thing to hold you accountable to what you say you will do, you just never know when your goal will be achieved.

Sometimes you reach your goals spontaneously, They happen just like that....Timeless.
These are special and are opportunities for you to take advantage of...eg. Getting on a team or winning a match unexpectedly.
Set your time limits..towards achieving your goal. With the hard work, it may come faster than you think.

The 5th and final part of the criteria is to set goals to have a deadline.....TIMEBOUND GOALS.
Putting a Time limit on the goal, makes you more accountable to the deadline.
Sometimes you achieve your goals spontaneously....just like that...GOAL ACCOMPLISHED!
eg . Getting on a team or winning a match that you didn't expect too. Opportunities come...learn to take advantage of these times when you are achieving the goal faster that you thought you could.

Set both long & short term GOALS, but really FOCUS on the short term goals. The ones that develop your fundamentals.
Don't let the goals that affect performance (your outcome)get you frustrated if you haven't 'fixed the small stuff'.Get yourself ready step by step with hard work and diligence and you will eventually achieve the ultimate goal that you were striving for.
