Memorial Day is the unofficial start of summer, but in Michigan the weather's a coin toss — so we're skipping the grill drama altogether. 🌧️☀️ Colossal shrimp wrapped in Godshall's beef bacon, tossed in lemon zest + our homemade Cajun seasoning, brushed with a garlic Cajun butter, and baked until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp is juicy. Finished with fresh herbs and a homemade Cajun remoulade for dipping. Call it summer, rain or shine. 🤤

Par-rendering the beef bacon FIRST before you wrap it ensures that the fat is already starting to crisp before the shrimp hits the oven. That way, you get perfectly crispy bacon without overcooking the shrimp. Game changer for any bacon-wrapped anything. 🔥
