Starting our coffee shop has been one of the most challenging endeavors we’ve ever undertaken. Our motivation stemmed from the cherished moments shared over a cup of coffee, which became even more significant during a difficult period in our lives.

We are crafting a new narrative as we progress with this project. I can’t wait to reveal it! While we are indeed struggling, we are also working hard to create something extraordinary. Coffee has always been that one drink that lifts my spirits when things seem bleak. Do you feel the same way? Does sipping a cup of coffee help you take a moment to relax, breathe, and exhale, allowing you to regroup? I truly love the way it makes me feel.😚💕☕️

I’ve been buzzing around like a caffeinated bee, hunting for epic stories shared over coffee and coaxing people to spill theirs, while trying to share my own. It’s a bit like herding cats, honestly. 🐱 Podcasters, where are you hiding? 🤔

I’ve got a story of how I overcame postpartum depression and Post traumatic stress. But getting folks to lend an ear? Ain’t easy.

That’s a whole other circus. 🎪 Still, I refuse to give up! For now, I’ll savor this cup of PARADISE and tomorrow, we’ll hit the reset button. ☕️ FYI if you have an incredible story of how you overcame something, I’d like to hear it.

A night out was exactly what we needed. When we heard that our brother was one of the opening acts for MAJOR’s 10th anniversary celebration of his song “Why I Love You,” we knew we had to be in the house. Spencer’s spoken word performance, where he expressed heartfelt poetry about his wife, was truly beautiful and sweet. 💕

Listening to MAJOR’s captivating music added to the unforgettable experience of the evening. MAJOR can beltttt out a tune like nobody’s business! 🎶🤜🏾🎤And you already know that you can trust us, when we say something, cuz we speak only TRUTH. 😚

If you’re visiting our page for the first time, let me share a bit of our story. It all started over 20 years ago when I faced postpartum depression after the birth of my daughter. I also dealt with post-traumatic stress from a near-death experience during her delivery.

In those early days, I struggled immensely with basic tasks like eating, bathing, or even getting dressed, leading to a staggering loss of over 60 pounds within just one month.
Yet, a simple but significant act helped me navigate through this tough period: sharing a cup of coffee with my husband. This small, daily ritual brought me comfort and a sense of connection, ultimately guiding me toward healing.
