Y’all, I’ve been exploring coffee shops all around Philadelphia, strolling in while sporting my coffee-inspired outfits and truly embracing the coffee culture. This is not a competition for us. Not competing with anyone; 😌so I can genuinely appreciate coffee shops without feeling the need to compete. 😌😋☕️

And should I add? I’m not following anyone else’s lead; we’re not in competition with anyone; we simply do this because of our love for coffee. So yes, I can appreciate some of y’all’s coffee shops. Hubs and I visited some really cute coffee shops. Y’all are doing your thing and I’m learning so much. The bond I have with coffee is hard to put into words. There’s a remarkable story behind my connection to it, and while I’ve shared it countless times, I still haven’t revealed everything, such as the effort it took to overcome postpartum depression and post-traumatic stress. Coffee was the bridge!

Did I mention changing my health became a priority, I mean working out 3-4 times a week. I had a little fat cheek baby👩🏽‍🍼 that needed mommy to feel better. I became quite skilled at it, started improving my health; I know you can’t believe that looking at me now. 🥹But I was offered to host a TV show on health as the main topic which is likely where much of this stems from. I mean my video Shenanigans. Or maybe that’s just me.😋😂Never mind that’s me.

Being the host of my TV show taught me a lot, and I maintained a healthy lifestyle for quite a while hosting it. I was also given an opportunity to take that show father, but I declined it. I have no regrets. Not one.😌

I’m wondering if anyone ever watched my show, it was local, but it definitely got me thinking about how what I learned back then actually impacted my life today. The show was based on a number of topics with women’s health at the priority. Why? Because I’m a woman. Aveek coffee is hosting our very first women speak on postpartum all over a cup of coffee, if you’re interested in attending, he will have to be following us on our website you can sign up there. I know this is not my normal post. 🤔

When it comes to my true friends, no matter what anyone can say, nothing can diminish my love, devotion, and loyalty to them. 💕

My personal friendship with them is reflected of the type of people they already are. I can only hope that they will do the same for me. But even if they don’t, I am committed to staying the same, promoting peace best way I can. Envy and jealousy will be eradicated when Jehovah makes all things new. Until then, I will definitely try to do my part.

Even though not everyone will get along and be close friends, as long as everyone is respectful, honest, and promotes peace, that’s always the better solution. I know it’s not going to be easy, but it’s worth it in the end. I see people on the news advocating for their genuine values and beliefs through protest holding signs and promoting their views. I wholeheartedly wish to do the same.

However my goal is to promote peace, no holding signs but being a peace promoter, Ima try. Don’t come for me if I don’t get it right, but I deeply believe in it and will do my best.
