🎉Happy 1 Year Plank’d-Aversary!!🎉

I’m SO excited to celebrate Jill today!! Right from the first week Jill fit right into our workout community like we felt like she’d been with us for years! Before Jill started with Plank’d Fitness, she wasn’t sure she could commit to even one workout!

She didn’t love exercise! She wasn’t a gym go-er. But she knew she wanted to feel better in her body and about her health!

Jill shows up to every workout with a little sarcasm in her step, which we absolutely love, and pushes herself each workout. She’s now able to do things she didn’t think she could do.

I love seeing her progress doing strong planks, pushups, and squats!

Don’t tell her husband but she’s lifting in the garden with ease, she’s a plant whisperer if you didn’t know! She’s lifting the big bag of dog food for her new fur baby with ease. She’s bringing the laundry and the groceries with ease.

And she’s even enjoyed new hobbies like axe throwing and adding even more adventure to her camping and hiking trips.

🤩 She’s overall badass!!🤩

Jill joined our community and fit right in from the first week. Our community is so welcoming and supportive, we welcome new members in right away with support, some jokes, and sometimes we forget you haven’t been with us for years and years and years!

🥳Congrats and Cheers to 1 Year with us, Jill! You’ve come so far and I know you feel it!
