At Acro&, we’re firm believers that collaborative physical play and creativity are essential to both mental and physical wellbeing. In a landscape increasingly dominated by optimization and biohacking, we choose to dedicate ourselves to the things that make us laugh with giddy excitement.

Our goal isn’t to achieve the best results possible in the shortest amount of time; it’s to lose track of time while doing the things we enjoy that also happen to be good for our long-term health!

We had such a great time at last weekend teaching, learning, playing, and reconnecting with friends!! A giant thank you to organizers & for having us back and for working tirelessly to put on this awesome event! As out-of-towners we felt welcomed, supported, and encouraged by this kind, talented, enthusiastic community. Can’t wait for next year!
