Imagine a kid building a tower out of blocks. They’re proud of it. They worked hard on it.

Another kid walks over and says, “Hey, what if you tried it this way?”

Now there are two choices:

PROTECT the tower…or LISTEN and maybe build something better.

Most of us, as adults, still protect the tower.

🔶Our ideas.

🔶Our decisions.

🔶Our way.

Not because we’re right....but because we don’t want to FEEL wrong.

But the LEADERS who GROW the most? They’re not the ones who PROVE they’re right. They’re the ones who are willing to say:

💚“Tell me more.”

💚“I didn’t see it that way.”

💚“That’s better.”

A Sovereign👑 Leader doesn’t need to defend their IDENTITY. Because they’re not performing. They’re grounded enough in who they are to stay open, learn, and evolve.

Being honest doesn’t make you weaker. It makes you someone people can actually TRUST.

When I was younger, I remember getting a question wrong in class.

I knew the answer wasn’t right…but I said it anyway because I didn’t want to look like I didn’t know🚑.

The teacher paused and said, “It’s OKAY to NOT KNOW. That’s how you learn.”

I still remember that moment. Because I realized…I wasn’t trying to be right.

I was trying to LOOK👀 right.

And that doesn’t stop in childhood. As LEADERS, we do the same thing:

🔸We hold back what we really think.

🔸We avoid saying “I don’t know.”

🔸We try to say it the RIGHT way instead of the REAL way.

But here’s what changes everything. The moment you stop trying to look right…and start being HONEST; People stop guessing…and start TRUSTING.

A Sovereign 👑 Leader doesn’t lead by having all the answers. They lead by being real enough that others feel SAFE to be REAL too.

And when honesty creates psychological safety…people don’t just comply, they eagerly contribute.

Most people don’t realize this…They’ve been measuring their WORTH using a calendar.

Not consciously. But subtly, quietly… it shapes their decisions. It is an error in THINKING.

🔸“I’m too old to start that.”

🔸“I should be further along by now.”

🔸“Maybe that season has passed.”

But here’s the TRUTH💣 no one challenges: A year is just the Earth completing one lap around the sun.

🤩That has nothing to do with your CAPACITY to EVOLVE. NOTHING!

💎Some people EXPAND more in one year than others do in twenty.

💎Some people wake up at 25.

💎Others at 55.

💎Some never do.

So, WHY are we treating a number like a VERDICT?

I met a leader recently who is brilliant, experienced, respected. But he said something that stopped me cold: “I think I’m on the back end now… just maintaining.”

🤨Maintaining? Or… minimizing? Because somewhere along the way, he accepted the LIE: That life has a peak ⛰️and everything after is decline.

🤔But what if that’s not how it works? What if life isn’t a curve that rises and falls…but a series of expansions, only limited by IDENTITY?

🤔What if the “back end” is actually where your greatest IMPACT becomes available? Because now you have the WISDOM, SCARS, and CLARITY you didn’t have before?

The TYRANY isn’t age. It’s the BELIEF that AGE determines VALUE. And that limiting BELIEF? It can be abolished.

TODAY! You don’t need more time. You need a new INTERPRETATION of the time you’ve already lived.

So, here’s the real question: What would you start…if you stopped letting your birth certificate make decisions for you? What would you change about your perception of those around you if you give up accepting the LIE that age determines VALUE?

When you’re grounded in PURPOSE…you stop asking “Is this okay?” and start asking, “Is this TRUE? - Is this who GOD says I am?”

One of the biggest shifts for me wasn’t confidence. It was CLARITY. Clarity about...
💎 WHO I am.
💎WHAT I stand for.
💎And HOW I want to show up👑.

Because before that…Every decision felt heavy.
➡️I second-guessed myself.
➡️Overthought everything.
➡️Looked outside for validation.

But when you’re grounded in PURPOSE…Something changes.
🔷You don’t need constant reassurance.
🔷You don’t need to perform.
🔷You don’t need to prove.

You move differently. MORE steady. MORE clear. MORE you.

PURPOSE isn’t something you find. It’s something you return to…when you STOP🛑 abandoning yourself.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, disconnected, or like something is off…

Behavior doesn't change from knowing what to do consciously; it comes from becoming and doing at the subconscious level.

You don’t become CONFIDENT by building confidence.

You become confident…when you stop abandoning yourself.

There was a time I thought confidence meant:

🔷Speaking the right way

🔷Showing up polished

🔷Having the answers

But underneath that…I was still filtering everything.

🟠What should I say?

🟠How will this land?

🟠What version of me is acceptable here?

And that’s not confidence. That’s control.

Real confidence didn’t come from improving how I showed up.

It came from NO LONGER EDITING myself in the moment.

From being willing to say:

👉 This is what I think

👉 This is what I feel

👉 This is what’s true for me

Even if it wasn’t perfect.

Because the moment you stop performing…you start becoming UNAPOLOGETICALLY AUTHENTIC.

And that’s where TRUST, CONNECTION, and SELF-RESPECT actually come from. Even if it wasn’t received the way I hoped.

AUTHENTICITY isn’t a personality trait. It’s what’s left when you’re no longer trying to be approved.

What if the problem isn’t your life…it’s the VERSION of YOU you’ve been trying to maintain?

For a long time, I thought the answer was to DO MORE. Be better. Communicate better.Handle things better.

But no matter how much I improved…something still felt off.

Because I was still operating from the same place;

🔶Trying to get it right.

🔶Trying to be perceived the “right” way.

🔶Trying to avoid getting it wrong.

And that’s when I realized…I wasn’t struggling with performance.

I was stuck in approval addiction.

Subtly scanning:

👉 Did that land well?

👉 Did they like that?

👉 Was that too much? Too little?

And when you’re constantly adjusting yourself to be accepted…you lose access to what’s actually true.

The shift didn’t come from learning more skills. It came from recognizing:

I had been living from 🚑Protection…not 👑Purpose.

When you’re free from needing approval…You stop managing how you’re seen and start expressing what’s REAL.

And that’s where everything changes.

🤔What if the part of you that rushes to fix everything… is actually trying to help you?

Meet two character IDENTITIES who live inside all of us: 🚑Ronnie Rescue and 👑Sammie Sovereign.

🚑Ronnie Rescue sees a problem and says: “Oh no! I have to fix this right now so everyone is okay!" OR starts comparing results and thinking about everyone's expectations and wonders ,"Am I good enough? Well maybe if I go faster and do more the problem will go away." Ronnie is thinking worst case scenario, that life is hostile, and then performs with the mask on. Ronnie isn't the problem - it's when his PROTECTION system working in OVERTIME that is the problem.

👑Sammie Sovereign sees the same problem and says: “Hmm… I see what’s happening. I'm curious, every adversity contains a seed of greatness, I'm going to look for it. I get to choose WHO I want to BE here. Every problem has a solution. I'm ALWAYS ENOUGH. What's the best case scenario I can create right now by being PRESENT🎁?”

Now here’s the secret: The LAW of POLARITY. The twin identities always show up together.

If Ronnie Rescue thoughts are available, trying to rush, fix, and make everyone happy; that means Sammie Sovereign thoughts are available also… calm, curious, and grounded. It’s like light and shadow. You can’t have one without the other.

But you can't SEE them until you become AWARE of their patterns within you.

Everything has a pattern; two sides always come as a pair. And because both are there…you get to choose.

Ronnie’s job is to keep yourself and the people you care for safe, happy, and okay. He moves fast because he cares. But sometimes… he moves so fast that he doesn’t stop to THINK.

That’s when Sammie Sovereign can step in. Sammie doesn’t push Ronnie away. Sammie says: “Hey Ronnie… I see you. You really want to help.”

And then Sammie slows things down just a little and ASKS: “What’s the best choice right now?”

Here’s the TRUTH💣: Ronnie gives you the ENERGY to CARE. Sammie gives you the POWER to CHOOSE. You need AWARENESS of both. That’s the pattern that's often missed.

So next time you feel that rush inside—like you have to fix everything right away…Don’t tell Ronnie to go away. Just say: “Thanks for protecting… I’ve got it from here.” Let the resistance go.

Then choose your next step like Sammie.

Because when you can SEE both parts within you…you don’t lose control. You GAIN it!
