Now you can workout with me ANYTIME! These are 45 minute workouts that focus on building muscle, burning fat, and making you feel good inside and out! Weights are in pretty much EVERY workout, but we will be using really unique exercises with the larger fitball, mini ball, resistance bands and chairs to keep it new every time! $10 for the month or $35 for the next 4 MONTHS! I'll email you exactly what equipment you'll need so you can rock this right away!!

Next 6am monthly zoom live workout starts April 12th!! It’s every mon / wed / fri at 6am! Tons of variety, functional movements and a blend of weights, resistance band, mini ball, larger stability ball and more!! Since it’s a shorter session for the month it’s just $45! ( about $5 a class plus includes on demand classes... so you can keep working out on the off days)!! Let’s reach our goals together!!! Venmo me to reserve your spot!
