The yogi asylum yoga and fitness instructor I am working towards my personal trainer certification as well as my nutrition certification.

I am a certified 300hr hatha yoga instructor (private sessions are absolutely available), a certified group fitness instructor (ask me about in home fitness parties... woohoo!), I am also a certified trx and spin power instructor. I love everything about fitness and helping others find out what all their bodies can really do... whether you are looking to find your inner yogi, looking to tone and strengthen your body or you just need that extra bit of motivation and accountability to get your fitness journey started....
