The yogi asylum yoga and fitness instructor I am working towards my personal trainer certification as well as my nutrition certification.

I am a certified 300hr hatha yoga instructor (private sessions are absolutely available), a certified group fitness instructor (ask me about in home fitness parties... woohoo!), I am also a certified trx and spin power instructor.
