Fix Your Slice With One Simple Change Pros Use Every Day

You shorten your swing. You set your wrists. You build a stable base. These steps give you a cleaner path and fewer wild shots.

Tips:
- Stand with your weight in the middle of your feet. Your heels pull you off balance.
- Use an alignment stick under your arches to feel center pressure.
- Set your wrists by lead arm parallel. This speeds the club up and stops excess turn.
- Keep your backswing short. Stop your body from spinning past control.
- Practice slow backswings with an Orange Whip or your own club. Build rhythm.
- Stop at the top. Check for a simple wrist hinge and less body turn.
- Start down with your lower body. This gives you a shallow path.
- Feel the club drop inside the line. This reduces slices and pulls.
- Hit ten shots with rehearsal swings first. Program the sequence before you strike.
