What a weekend for PORTA HIGH SCHOOL WRESTLING TEAM !
THREE podium finishers at state wrestling! Congrats boys!

  Justin Zimmerman earned a third place finish, Coyt Rademaker (106) won fifth place and Zach Bryant (144) earned a sixth place finish at the Class 1A state wrestling tournament on Saturday. Zimmerman (165) finished in fifth

Congratulations to both the 7th & 8th grade PORTA Jr High volleyball teams today at the OSS tournament.

7th grade, coaches by Madi Minor, were Tournament champions, with Brynlie Sampson getting the award for service point leader.

8th grade, coached by Tracie Sampson, took second place after a tough championship match against Springfield Christian!

PORTA 7th and 8th grade have their first home game (at PORTA central) on Tuesday, January 6th against Christ the King!y

By now all who purchased blankets should have received them & shown them off. It was wonderful seeing so many blue & pink PORTA blankets at last week’s football game!! 🏈 🩷
These will be great to have this Saturday when the Bluejays face off against the Bullets at Williamsville. High temp for the day will be in the upper 50’s!! 🥶

Jr. High volleyball is just around the corner!!
Official practices will not begin until Dec. 8th, but Open Gyms will be starting soon!
Volleyball is open to all current 5th-8th grade girls.

If your daughter plans to play this season-
1. Have them signup in the HS/MS office
2. Be sure their physical is up to date in the office
