Hello Tribe,
Our 1st Heart of Illinois (HOI) Open Martial Arts Tournament was a great success! We had an amazing turnout, got to reconnect with old friends, and made many new ones along the way.
I want to take a special moment to recognize my student and colleague, Jonathan Kness, who was promoted to 4th Degree Sa Buhm Nim. SBN Jonathan played a crucial role in making this tournament happen—from handling the online registration to helping organize and manage the entire event. His dedication, leadership, and hard work were truly invaluable.

A very special shoutout also goes to all of our volunteers, parents, and guardians who continue to support our school and our vision. Your time, effort, and encouragement do not go unnoticed.
