It may be gloomy out today, but the forecast for tomorrow couldn't be better! Bonus, the rain will help keep the dust down!

Come out to Oak Campground and join us for the 15th Anniversary Cactus Classic! Race day registration begins at 7, race starts at 8.

What a PERFECT day for the 14th running of Cactus Classic! The trails were in great shape and the temps were cool but manageable - some of the best conditions I've seen since I've been associated with this race!

It was exciting to watch as Justin Stewart broke Mike Heffron's half marathon record set in 2012 by 7 SECONDS! Fantastic job, Justin - hopefully you'll come back next year and defend your title!

We also saw an amazing performance by John Havenga who missed the marathon record held by Jeff King (2016) by 42 seconds! I hope he comes back to try again next year as well!

It was truly an honor and a pleasure to watch all of you compete today! I want to take this opportunity to thank our fabulous volunteers - you guys are incredible and I could absolutely NOT do this without you!

Course is marked for the Cactus Classic! The trails are in great shape, probably some of the best we've seen. I expect to see some fast times tomorrow!
