Exercise of the Day drops every Wednesday, so save this video or share it with someone who wants to train smarter!

Exercise of the Day: Landmine Goblet Squat

A stronger squat starts with better position. 🦵

The landmine goblet squat helps build lower-body strength, control, and confidence through the squat pattern, but setup matters. Because the bar moves on an angle, your body position should work with the bar path, not against it.

A few cues to lock in:
🔹 Pick the barbell up with control before moving into position
🔹 Take a small step back and lean slightly into the bar
🔹 Stay connected to the bar so it doesn’t push you backward
🔹 Drive through your legs as you stand, keeping the movement strong and controlled

Train smarter by dialing in the details before adding intensity. Save this for your next squat day and ask your coach to check your setup in class. 🔥

Gut Check: The Climb is coming this week. 🔥

Simple? Yes. Designed to challenge you? Absolutely.

The Climb is a treadmill-based Gut Check where you hold a fixed pace while the incline continues to rise. No guessing. No coasting. Just steady effort, control, and the question every member gets to answer:

How long can you hold on?

This is why we measure.

Gut Checks give you a benchmark, not just another workout. They help you see where your endurance, lower-body stamina, and mental grit are right now, so you have something real to build from the next time it comes around.

Progress hits different when you can measure it.

This week, The Climb is your chance to test your effort, measure your progress, and prove what consistency can build. 🔥

Your next milestone is already in motion. 👕🔥

At REGYMEN, every workout counts toward something bigger.

From Disruptor to 50, 100, 250, 500, 750, and all the way to Legend status at 1,000 workouts, each milestone shirt is earned through consistency, commitment, and the choice to keep showing up.

These shirts are more than gear. They’re a badge of progress, a reminder of the work you’ve put in, and something worth chasing every time you walk through the doors.

Once you qualify, you’ll be notified and can collect your shirt at the front desk.

Keep showing up. Keep stacking workouts. Your next milestone is waiting.

New series alert 🔥 Every Wednesday, watch for the Exercise of the Day, where we break down one move to help you train smarter and move better.

Today’s move: Dumbbell Reverse Lunge

Your reverse lunge should feel controlled, strong, and intentional, whether you’re using dumbbells or just your bodyweight.

This move is about more than stepping back. It trains single-leg strength, balance, control, and the kind of movement quality that carries into everything you do.

A few cues to lock in:
🔹 Keep most of your weight in the front leg
🔹 Think 80/20, with only light support from the back leg
🔹 Drive up through the front leg, not the back foot
🔹 Lower and stand with control, no rushing the reps

No dumbbells? Same cues still apply. Master the movement first, then add load when you’re ready.

Train smarter by making every rep count. Save this for your next lower-body day and ask your coach to check your form during workouts.

New series alert: Exercise of the Day 🔥

Today’s move: the dumbbell step-up.

This one may look simple, but the details matter. Drive through the leg on the bench, stand tall at the top, then lower back down with control. Both feet should return to the floor before starting your next rep.

The biggest thing to avoid? Bouncing off the back foot.
That small cheat takes work away from the lead leg, which is exactly where you want the strength to build.

Save this for your next lower body day and focus on control over speed. Strong reps > rushed reps. 💪
