Today’s move: Ab Dolly Hamstring Curls

This week’s Exercise of the Day is all about control through the entire rep. 🔥

Ab dolly hamstring curls challenge your hamstrings and glutes while also asking you to maintain a strong, stable position from your shoulders through your hips.

A few cues to lock in:
🔹 Start with your heels on the dolly and toes pointed up
🔹 Keep your feet centered and avoid letting your toes fall out to the sides
🔹 Lift your glutes and pull your heels in toward your body
🔹 At the top, aim for a straight line from your knees to your hips to your shoulders
🔹 Extend back out slowly and with control

The goal is not to rush the curl. Stay lifted, stay aligned, and make your hamstrings do the work.

Save this one for your next lower-body day and ask your coach to check your setup in class. 💪

Today’s move: Kettlebell Suitcase Deadlift

This week’s Exercise of the Day is all about staying strong and steady, even when the load is working against you. 🔥

With the kettlebell loaded on one side, the suitcase deadlift challenges more than your legs. Your core has to work to keep your body centered and prevent the weight from pulling you out of position.

A few cues to lock in:
🔹 Keep the kettlebell outside your body
🔹 Stay tight through your midsection and keep your core engaged
🔹 Keep your stance steady as you lower and stand
🔹 Don’t let the kettlebell pull or shift you toward the loaded side

It’s a simple way to train unilateral strength while putting your core and lower body to work together. 💪

Stay controlled, own your position, and ask your coach to check your form the next time this one shows up in class.

The number gives you a benchmark. What you do with it is where the progress happens.

Maybe you surprised yourself. Maybe you found something you want to improve. Either way, now you know where you stand and what you can build from next. 💪

Take the feedback. Keep the momentum. Own what comes next.

What are you working toward now?
