🌟💖 Hats off to Southeast Louisiana Chix Paula! 💖🌟

Week after week, Paula leads a dedicated group of runners through Thursday morning intervals on the Weisner Bridge, aka, "Da Bridge." 🏃‍♀️
In every weather condition imaginable (except for active hurricanes), Paula shows up, and her consistency inspires others to do the same. Paula’s encouragement helps fellow runners show up and do the work.
Thank you, Paula, for your commitment, your leadership, and the positive energy you bring to the TriChix. 🎉

Our Mini Triathlon would not have been possible without our the support from our amazing volunteers. 💖

We want to thank everyone who helped us create a fun and safe experience for the Chix: course set up and take down, water safety, bike and run support, registration, snacks, refreshments, and of course, the wonderful raffle prizes. 🚴‍♀️🏊‍♀️🏃‍♀️

A club favorite and perfect for all levels! Newer athletes get a great intro to race day in a fun, supportive setting, while experienced athletes can sharpen skills and dial in transitions 💪✨

🥳 Hats off to Chix Valerie for recently checking off an incredible bucket list item :
She recently completed a HALF MARATHON TRAIL RUN in Kenya. This challenging adventure included an unbelievable 2,795 feet of climbing over 13 miles! 🏅🔥 ⛰️

After her amazing finish, Val toured the country, experiencing safaris, animal sanctuaries,history, culture and the warmth of the Kenyan people. 🦒🦓🦏🦁

Val’s adventure is a powerful reminder that dreams are meant to be chased—no matter how far they take you! ✈️✨ Thank you Val, for inspiring all of us to seek new experiences, and to live life to the fullest.💖
