These guys were FLYING! 💥 Still lots of room for improvement but after a month of working on acceleration, body posture, and practicing resistance running - they’ve gotten a lot faster in a short amount of time! 💪🏼

Which begs the question…where will they be in another month? In 6 months? In a year? 🤔

Resistance running 🏃🏽‍♂️ was our focus last week! This particular drill taught these athletes to lean forward, but also provided the resistance to get stronger on their explosion! 💥

I tell this to adults and young athletes, and it’s always true…

The end result is ALWAYS worth it. You may not win every time, but every time you will gain something. The mountain may seem tall, but it’s always worth it! 🏔️

Never leave a workout, a set, a meeting, an event, a relationship, or anything you do wishing you would have committed effort! 👏🏼

Young athletes can learn so much in a short amount of time…they just need to be given the opportunity and the proper coaching! 🤘🏼
