Behind 1st Team All-Conference performances of Hope Edwards (2nd), Rai'Ana Rucker (5th), and Natalia Sanchez (7th), the girls placed 2nd overall in the Liberty Division at the BCSL Championships. 6 of 7 girls ran their season-best times.

This is the highest team-finish ever in the conference, and the first time earning three 1st Team All-Conference honors! GREAT JOB LADIES!

With 3 girls in the top-15 (Hope Edwards 4th, Rai'Ana Rucker 9th, Natalia Sanchez 14th) on a tough and hilly course, the girls take 4th overall at the Camden County Championship.

GREAT RACING by the ladies today at the Open.

The girls finished 5th overall in Division 3, led by Hope Edwards (19:41, 8th place) and Rai'Ana Rucker (21:02, 15th place). Natalia Sanchez had our biggest improvement of the day, lowering her season-best by over 2 minutes and finishing 31st in 22:21.

All 7 varsity girls ran season-best times. 6 of 7 varsity girls ran all-course PR's.

In the freshman 4k race, Kennedy Parker finished 9th to earn her first high school medal.

Squad nailed a 7x700m goal pace workout on our home course at the Cove today.

The XC Squad took a Friday afternoon trip up the turnpike to preview Holmdel and run a workout. Hard start to the tennis courts. Bowl x2. Corner of the tennis courts to the finish.

Oh, and that distance from the corner of the courts to the finish? 0.67mi. 😂

Down a few teammates and not at 100%, the girls XC squad still had some nice performances in their first 5k of the season. Led by sophomores Hope Edwards and Rai'Ana Rucker, 5 out of 6 girls ran course PR's. Great job, ladies! ‼️
