Instead of cleaning off old pass tape, please wash your gloves 🙏 When we get home from an event, we hand wash and air dry our safety equipment 😳 🤢 🧼 After the sun bakes out the funk, we also store them in a breathable MESH bag to try to keep them fresh in between normal practices. If you have to choose... then leave the relic pass tape on your old swords but wash the sweaty germs off your knee pads. One looks cool, the other smells bad.

Ironman Style Archery Tournament at an Amtgard Kingdom Level Event.

The iron man seeding took place with cones and a target. These results yielded a 1v1 bracketted competition with preference to those who performed best against the target. The 1v1 brackets were best 2 out of 3 with each archer starting at a designated spawn point with 3 arrows. Both 1st and 2nd placed loved the inclusion of a stationary target and live opponent for a fair and well rounded archery tourney.

Congratulations BDE on your Kingdom level Win. Huge shout out to Nemo for being the only archer to actually hit the target. And a big thank you to the rain for stopping just in time for the 1v1 rounds.

Hopefully this video inspires you to run foam archery tournaments at your next LARP Sports event.
