Our Story
Our goal at Pipeline Baseball is to develop aspiring young players into well rounded baseball athletes and quality humans through a higher learning of athletic education. To achieve this we will run a program inline with top high school and collegiate programs. We emphasize the development as players through versatility and competition. Each player will be encouraged to master multiple positions and compete with each other for their roles. As coaches, to facilitate this development, our practice curriculum will be progressive and detailed on each small movement that builds to mastery of each skill.
To accomplish our goal as a program we expect a joint partnership with both players and parents. Players will be expected to represent the program in a professional manner. This goes beyond hustle, attention to detail, and coach-ability on the field. We expect players to maintain an acceptable GPA, participate in community improvement, and be upstanding members of that community. From the parents, we expect nothing more than positive support and to participate as fans. With this partnership it is our belief that we can succeed in developing baseball players and young men we can all be proud of.
