Each class consists of a 1-hour playlist of inspiring music designed for exercise and encouragement.

Exciting news!!! REV+FLOW by REFIT® is coming to Wrightsdale!

What is it?

REV+FLOW is a low-impact, high-intensity workout designed to help people move
stronger, longer. Every class builds the kind of functional strength and mobility that makes real
life easier — better balance, greater flexibility, improved endurance, and a body that feels
capable and resilient well into the future.

When?

Mark your calendars for September 14th. We will begin a 10-12 week session on Monday nights at 6:30.

What do I need?

You will need a yoga mat or a thick towel and a water bottle. Light hand weights can be added after a few weeks but are always optional.

Is this going to replace REFIT®?

Nope, instead we will be alternating between 10-12 week sessions of REV+FLOW and REFIT®. You can join us every week or in a season that works for you. 😊
