Normally only post the finished products because, well, they are the star subjects. Here’s a little behind-the-scenes that’s not normally captured. I was machining an “off the shelf” hex bit to create the required installation tool for XPLR13 and Transmission Systems (right). Here you can see (left) the new “SLF Motion” machined tool. When time is spent designing actual products, sometimes the small bits take a little longer to come to fruition.

I’ve had many questions as to the durability of our full carbon fiber pulley wheels since releasing the new Systems. This video was a quick and easy way to discuss. I hope this helps showcase the quality and durability of the materials we choose to use…real carbon fiber.

I know, I know…the video and audio quality is not “next level” or “pro” 🤣🙈. Sorry not sorry on my lack of skills in this department 😜.

NOTE - I hope it’s assumed BUT not all bearings will be like this when pulled at 15k miles. Each case is different depending on use and riding conditions. This was simply not serviced for purchased of testing, I suggest following the recommended cleaning/service intervals 👍🏼.
