CWE placed 2nd Place at the Battle of I-5 Tournament in Bellevue,WA.
Definitely a different vibe from what they are used to but they held their own against all odds.
The intensity and scrappiness from the other teams and the “vocal” support from the opposing parents was enough to throw any player off but not our girls.
The game was a lot closer from what the score shows but in the end it’s the little things, free throws, layups and energy from the start. Overall amazing weekend!!

Our girls had an eventful day today. They went 1-1 at the Battle of I-5 tournament and onto the playoff round tomorrow. They also enjoyed an amazing evening at Bubble Planet in Bellevue and ended with a team dinner at Olive Garden. The chemistry keeps getting stronger and will be a huge factor on their future success. They are more than teammates, they are sisters and trust they have each others back.

HOOPFEST 2026!! It’s a wrap!!!!

This year we had some players from our program participate.

Amira Dominguez and her squad Lady Elite had a great outing this weekend making it to Day 2 of the tournament playing a total of 5 games and competed against some tough teams.

Brian Leanos, Liam Douglas, Isaiah Martinez and Landyn Souryivongsa formed a team BANKERS, came into the weekend with just the excitement of being able to play after being Loser Kings Last year. Well this year they got a 2nd PLACE FINISH!!! Losing a tough championship game by 2 points. Great job Bankers!

Your 2026 Springfest CHAMPIONS!!!! Skittles came in today and won 3 in a row and battled through this heat and tough opponents. Now for some well deserved rest next stop Spokane Hoopfest!! Amazing job girls!!

So proud of these young men!!! The massive growth these boys have shown since Coach Henry, Coach Parker and Coach Brian took them over in September.

They have been working so hard and relearning the fundamentals of basketball since the coaching change.

Last year they participated at State and went 0-4.

This year they came in and went 2-2 with one of the losses coming in overtime at the last second. They are hungry and even though they are jumping levels in their game they are still not satisfied. Back to the lab and they will be coming with a vengeance.

Congratulations to our 6th grade girls. They played this weekend in Spokane Washington and competed at the AAU Washington State Championships.

Our girls always get counted out and they never get the recognition they deserve.

Guess what…..

The reward….

4TH PLACE!!!!!!

Our little bad news bears came out the gate and won by average margins of 20 point per game.

They fell to the eventual state champions Northwest Blazers and a highly skilled Northwest Heat team.

Back to the gym and we’re coming for that championship in 2027.
