⚾⭐ FLORIDA NATIONAL STARS 15U — SUMMER 2026 ⭐⚾
🏆 TWO CHAMPIONSHIPS • 28 WINS • ONE GREAT SUMMER 🏆
The Florida National Stars 15U have officially wrapped up a successful 2026 summer season, finishing 28-21-1 over 50 games and bringing home TWO TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONSHIPS!

For a group of young players competing through a demanding summer travel baseball schedule, the final record tells only part of the story.
This was a summer about competition, development, teamwork, commitment and learning how to win together.
🏆 TWICE THE CHAMPIONS 🏆
The Stars captured their first championship of the summer at Baseball City, putting together a strong tournament run and delivering when it mattered most on championship day.
And the Stars weren’t finished.
Later in the summer, they did it again, capturing the Prep Baseball Tournament Championship and giving the Florida National Stars 15U their second tournament title of the 2026 summer.
Winning tournament baseball isn’t easy. Teams have to navigate pool play, pitching limitations, short turnarounds and elimination games.
Twice this summer, the Stars were the team celebrating at the end!
⚾ STRONG PERFORMANCES AT THE PLATE ⚾
Several Stars put together outstanding offensive seasons.
⭐ Kevin Vasquez Jr. #99 was one of the team’s most consistent hitters, batting .355 with a .455 OBP and 40 runs scored across a team-high 44 games and 133 plate appearances.
⭐ J.P. Andrade #9 delivered excellent production when in the lineup, batting .410 with a .574 OBP.
⭐ Barrett Bechtold #3 put together a strong season at the plate, hitting .278 with an outstanding .481 OBP.
⭐ Devin Molino #24 consistently found ways to reach base, recording a .459 OBP over 99 plate appearances.
⭐ Stellan Pulitzer #1 contributed a .300 batting average and .432 OBP.
But over a 50-game season, the Stars’ offense was about much more than individual statistics. Players throughout the lineup contributed with big hits, walks, stolen bases, sacrifice plays, runs scored and clutch at-bats when their teammates needed them most.
🔥 ON THE MOUND 🔥
Kevin Vasquez Jr. #99 anchored the Stars pitching staff throughout the summer.
Vasquez threw 75⅓ innings, finishing with a 2.14 ERA and 1.25 WHIP while appearing in 16 games and making 13 starts.
The Stars also received important innings and contributions from Barrett Bechtold, B. Roberts, Rylan Timmons and others throughout a demanding tournament schedule.
Over 50 games, it took an entire pitching staff to get through the summer. Different players were called upon at different times, and everyone had a role in helping the Stars compete.
⭐ MORE THAN BASEBALL ⭐
Perhaps the best way to measure the 2026 Florida National Stars isn’t simply by statistics.
It’s by the experience.
There were early mornings at the ballpark, long tournament weekends, hot Florida afternoons, big hits, great defensive plays, clutch pitching performances, comeback victories and two championship celebrations.
There were also difficult games and tough losses — moments that challenged our players and gave them opportunities to grow.
That’s part of baseball, and that’s part of becoming a better player and teammate.

Your dedication to your teammates, your coaches and the Stars program did not go unnoticed.
Through the wins, losses, long tournament weekends, early mornings, schedule changes and challenges that come with travel baseball, you continued to show up, compete and represent the Stars.
That type of commitment matters.
Thank you to our parents and families for the travel, early mornings, late nights and countless hours spent supporting these young men.
Thank you to our coaches for volunteering their time and energy to help these players develop.
And most of all, thank you to the players who believed in each other, stayed committed and finished what they started together.
You didn’t just finish the summer with a winning record.

While we’re extremely proud of what this group accomplished, the story isn’t finished.
The Florida National Stars 15U will take the experience, confidence and lessons learned this summer and carry them forward as we prepare for what we expect to be a strong Fall 2026 season.
We’ll continue developing.
We’ll continue competing.
And we’ll continue building on the foundation created this summer.
Summer 2026 gave us memories we’ll never forget. Now we’re ready to see what Fall 2026 brings!
