Arm Conditioning (Week of 1.15.24)
Tues 16 Jan 4:30-6:00 at USSSA Fastpitch Stadium
Wed 17 Jan 4:30-6:00 at USSSA Fastpitch Stadium
Thurs 18 Jan 4:00-5:00 weight training at VHS weight room

TRYOUTS - Mon 22 Jan and Tues 23 Jan
