Thank you to everyone who attended our annual meeting yesterday!!! What a great turnout!! Congratulations to new Board members Pete Schuler, Schnur Lake, Dave Schmidt, Butternut Lake and to Skip Sommerfeldt, Kenn Beauchein on their re-election.

We will get an email out summarizing the meeting for those who were unable to attend. Thanks again and thanks to the staff at Bobber’s On The Lake for a delicious lunch and to everyone who brought a dish to pass!!!

If you aren't yet a member of the BSLA plan to join tomorrow, Saturday August 29th, at our annual membership meeting starting at 11 am at Bobber’s On The Lake. Lunch to follow!!! Membership is $25/year. Stop in to catch up on everything going on with the BSLA!!!!

Just a reminder of the BSLA Annual Membership meeting on Saturday, August 29th at Bobber’s On The Lake. Meeting starts at 11 am with lunch and getting to know your lake neighbors to follow. Bring a dish to pass if you would like but it's not required. Property owners within 1 mile of either lake can join at the meeting for $25. Property owners further than 1 mile can also join but do not have voting rights. Four board seats are up for election. Get involved in the BSLA!!!!!

The BSLA annual membership meeting is Saturday, August 29th, 11 am at Bobber’s On The Lake. Lunch will follow, bring a dish to pass if you would like but it isn't necessary. If you aren't a member you can join at the meeting for $25. Voting members must live within 1 mile of either lake. If you live outside the 1 mile radius and want to support the BSLA you can become a non voting BSLA supporter for $25.

There are 4 board seats up for election at the meeting. We have a lot to go over and welcome members input for the coming year!!!! Make plans to attend our annual meeting!!!!!!!!!!

The dog days of Summer have arrived ... Hard to believe it's August already. Preparations have already begun for the BSLA Premier Ice Fishing Derby of the Northwoods. Save the date for the Premier Ice Fishing Derby of the Northwoods on Saturday, January 16, 2027 at Bobber’s On The Lake!!!

Enjoy this gorgeous summer day, because the ice will be here before you know it!!

Sadly, a dead loon was found on the far north end of the Butternut Lake. While the DNR could not confirm how the loon died it's a good time to remind everyone to be on the lookout for loons and ducks when boating. Thanks!

Even our golf game couldn't put a damper on the great time and perfect weather at the BSLA Golf Outing!!! Thank you to all who participated and all the support from area businesses .... You all made it a great success - Thank You!!!!

Congratulations to the winning team of Randy Miller, Butch Setterman, Dean Haney and Mitch Setterman!!! Thank you to Dan and Shannon and everyone at the Park Falls Country Club for making it a successful event. We are lucky to have such a beautiful golf course in our community!!!!!!! Thank You!!!!!!
