We are officially opening roster spots for high-performing 14U AA/AAA players to join our team for the remainder of the 2026 season.

We are looking for athletes who demonstrate strong fundamentals, a high baseball IQ, and a commitment to team-first play. Our program is designed for players who are serious about their development and eager to compete against the best in the region.
What we are looking for:

Players with high-level travel ball experience (AA/AAA).
Athletes with versatility and a strong work ethic.
Dedicated teammates looking for a professional training environment.

Are you a parent of an 11U (2026) ballplayer who loves the game but isn’t sure if travel baseball is the right next step? Or do you have a rec player who’s hungry for better coaching and more development without jumping straight into the full travel-ball grind?

Diamond Athletics Association is launching a new Rec-to-Select Program designed exactly for players in this stage of their baseball journey.

This program offers higher-level coaching and training with a strong focus on development—not overloaded game schedules. Our goal is to build skill, confidence, and baseball IQ while still giving players the chance to compete in a supportive environment.

We’re also committed to keeping this pathway accessible. Diamond Athletics is a 501c3 organization with completely transparent pricing, and families keep 100% of all team fundraising and sponsorships. We believe every young athlete deserves the chance to grow without cost being a barrier.
