The girls did not walk away with a ring yesterday, but they still have some bragging rights! They started off rough and lost 10-0 to a team who's record was 13-1. They came back on their 3rd game of the day to beat that same team 5-1! They beat the number one seed, in the rain I may add. Unfortunately, the adrenaline wore off and they couldn't pull off another win. They were 2-2 and tied for 3rd place! The girls played so hard! We also want to thank all the girls that came out to help us by subbing! ALL of our girls did great, but I am going to shout out to Sidney for hitting not 1 but 2 homeruns in the same game. Rae for HITTING THE BALL, she got 3 hits and that is a big accomplishmentfor her! And miss Caroline for really great catches in the outfield! You have all grown so much and we are excited for the next one! (Parents you are more than welcome to throw more pictures in here);

The girls played hard today! We had some hard lessons and went 1-2. But there were some firsts! And some greats! Sidney pitched her first game today striking out 3 girls! Elleana was driving the ball today hitting 2 doubles and a triple! Caroline had a critical sacrifice bunt. The girls continue to grow! Hoping they can bring home some bling tomorrow. Keep fighting ladies!
