We’ve seen jiu-jitsu end a lot of street fights effectively, with many untrained people giving up once they realize they’re about to get put to sleep or have a limb broken. This video shows such a situation, but in this case, the guy on the bottom does end up going to sleep after his opponent .....

After the hurricane I struggled to find a way to train my clients in Panama City. Long time time friend and client Aimee Roberts and myself completed our first video chat training session this week! I was surprised at how well it went!

Hello Panama City friends! We’re a few weeks out from the storm and I have several of my clients asking if I’m coming back. The answer is yes but not right now. As you all know rebuilding life after this storm will take some time. I want to offer training and nutritional help to those that want it. I’m offering remote coaching to anybody that wants it.
