It takes a village and ours is a special one. It’s a gift to know each of this team’s support system wanted the very best for each and every kiddo. We cheered, we felt their little hearts in defeat, and we loved.
Cheers to the parents (grandparents, aunts/uncles, cousins, friends that are like siblings, and all the kids who kept our little siblings occupied), the tailgates, the washed jerseys (or not so washed), the post-game snacks, the coolers of drinks and cold towels, and tent-city! Our kids are watching and what they saw was love, encouragement, and joy.
