What an amazing day educating team for our SoCal regional training. We laughed, went upside down, and hopefully learned how to bring our core values of Energizing, Empowering, and FUN to the masses. Thank you all for keeping the energy alive and inviting yoga grandpa to your studio. We also flexed on ‘em a little bit.

“Gurl this queen…… Zac has thick thighs and is full of lies. He will secretly increase the reps and or the weight without telling you. Granted results will happen but it’s all trickery. Oh and also be prepared to never be hungry or appreciate food again. He demands you eat all the protein and he will listen to your spouses requests.
