Flag Football Academy (FFA) offers exhilarating summer camps and one day clinics that combine the thrill of a tournament-style competition with a great mixture of learning and fun! He resides in Palm Harbor, Florida but his first exposure to football as a child was growing up in the Washington DC Area. He starred on his high school football team and earned all-district and all-region honors. He wa

s named Male Athlete of the year at his high school as a Junior AND Senior. Jefferson was a 3 sport athlete throughout high school and a 2 sport athlete at BYU. He received a wrestling scholarship to BYU and made the football team as a preferred walk-on. After an injury his sophomore year derailed his collegiate dreams, he went on to play professional arena football for 2 years. As a father of 3 boys and 1 girl, he has coached flag football for the past 8 years and had the privilege of taking a team to the Under Armour Under the Lights National Championships at IMG Academy. He has a passion for flag football and wants to contribute to the growing popularity of the sport by creating this innovative summer camp.

Our Juniors camps (6-7 yr olds) still has spots available for next Thursday/Friday and our flagship camp (8-12 yrs olds) has reached capacity.

Last Friday, our 2nd grade boys took home the UA Under the Lights Championship and I couldn’t be more proud of how hard they worked to earn this trophy! We got beat in the championship last season and they came back determined to not let that happen again. More than the championship, I love to see how much individuals improve over time. Congrats to our LIONS on an amazing season 🙌🏽

Flag football received a formal recommendation to become an NCAA sport.

If legislation is approved by three divisions in January, its first championship projected to be held in spring 2028.

Have a 6-7 (yes, we know!) yr old athlete interested in getting their feet wet in the game of flag football?! Check out our Flag Football Academy JUNIORS camp on June 25 7 26th!

Our JUNIORS camp is the perfect introduction to the game in a fun, energetic, and supportive environment! Young athletes will build a strong foundation by learning key fundamentals like passing, catching, teamwork, and basic game rules, all through engaging drills and activities designed just for their age group. Each day also includes plenty of game play, giving kids the chance to apply what they’ve learned while enjoying friendly competition. Above all, our focus is on making sure every athlete has a blast, builds confidence, and develops a love for the game!
