There’s a feeling of invisibility that can feel so striking to the soul.
It’s the one where you feel lost about who you are. Some call it a mid-life crisis. Some call it a dark night of the soul. Others have absolutely no name for it… just a feeling that no one can see them… not even themselves.
But you still need to exist in the world. You have your career, your friends… your family. Yourself.
If you’re feeling like this, just know I was there, too. It’s a weird thing to not only not feel like yourself… but to not be able to see yourself clearly enough to do something meaningful about it.
That’s why I’m building my business around seeing people because while I couldn’t do it for myself (there’s a psychological concept that discusses this… story for another time), over my life I’ve developed the skill of being a human mirror for others.
I do this in a way that’s honest, warm, and as a friend said, poignant in such a manner that it hits you in the gut in the best way.
Hear this: You don't need to rebuild from scratch. You need someone to take everything you already are and tell you about it in a way that allows your mental puzzle pieces to click back into place.
That's the work I do.
I wonder what I'll see in you.
