Emma is one of our amazing team members, serving as a personal trainer, front desk pro, and group fitness instructor—all while bringing great energy to everything she does!

She’s NASM Certified Personal Trainer and AFAA Group Fitness certified, and she’s passionate about helping others succeed. Emma loves training because she gets to watch her clients crush their goals and move toward a healthier lifestyle. Helping people build confidence in the gym is what drives her every day!

When she’s not at the gym motivating others, Emma is a busy mom to her two young sons—so she truly understands the importance of balance, strength, and staying active.

Huge thank you to Art Among the Flowers for the absolutely beautiful March bouquet! 🌼

Last December, they hosted a holiday decorating competition for City Marketplace, and MPower Fitness took home the gold! As part of the win, we are lucky enough to receive a fresh bouquet each month throughout 2026, and we could not be more excited.
