7:51PM UPDATE 6/13/24: The is till 200 acres and 85% contained. A Florida Forest Service task force consisting of multiple personnel and equipment arrived on the fire today to support local firefighters with continued suppression and mop up operations. Smoky conditions continue to occur in the area so please use caution while traveling on area roadways.

7:53AM UPDATE 6/13/24: The is now 80% contained. A Florida Forest Service task force consisting of multiple personnel and equipment will arrive on the fire today.

9:56PM UPDATE: Crews are continuing to improve containment lines. This will be the last update this evening unless new information becomes available. Smoky conditions are expected in the area so please use caution while traveling on area roadways.

8:35M UPDATE: The is approximately 200 ACRES. Crews have created well established containment lines on the south and west sides of the fire. Crews will probably burn out an additional 30-40 acres tomorrow to ensure the fire stays within the containment lines.

8:08PM UPDATE: Crews have the head of the fire knocked down. Progression of the fire appears to be stopped. Crews are working the left flank and widening containment lines back towards the heel of the fire.

PUTNAM COUNTY WILDFIRE:
The Florida Forest Service - Waccasassa Forestry Center is currently responding with multiple units to a wildfire in Putnam County with Putnam County Fire Rescue Professionals Local 3529.

ROBERTS RANCH FIRE- HOLLISTER:
Florida Forest Service has 3 dozers and 2 brush trucks on this fire that is a spot over from the Roberts Ranch Fire from last night. The fire is located near Stuart Road and is currently 150 acres in size. There are currently no road closures, no homes threatened, and no evacuations.

Updates to this fire will be posted and time stamped on this post when they become available.
