As I sit back and reflex back on the season I can’t help but smile and be so proud!! They have grown so much, not just as athletes but as great humans as well!! We started this year with the team motto as “be better than you where yesterday!” And I absolutely believe we went well beyond that!! This young program had grown so much and making leeps and bounds!! Watching these young athletes grind each day in the practice room, and then to see that translate on the mat and see their rewards on those podiums is something special!!
Paintsvile is growing like no other and I can’t be more proud of these young men and women!!
Can’t thank my coaches enough for the countless hours they pour into this program!! Till next year!! Proud day to be a Tiger!!

It wasn’t the outcome we wanted today but I’m super proud of the kids and all of the middle school team this year. For a few it was their last year wrestling middle school, I just want to say it was awesome coaching you all and I appreciate all the work you’ve put in this season!!

It’s hard to put into words how proud I am of these kids this year. Win or lose, they showed up in Louisville and wrestled their hearts out. 💪 We brought 9 kids to state and 4 of them placed in the top six — and several others were just one match away from the podium. That says everything about their work ethic and heart. So proud of each and every one of them!
