π€β€οΈπ BPR'S SECOND SEASON HAS OFFICIALLY ENDED - HERE IS A QUICK RECAP OF 2026...TIME TO BUILD FOR AN EVEN BIGGER 2027 πβ€οΈπ€
What a year for BPR! From local podiums to some of gravel and mountain bikingβs toughest endurance challenges, our team showed up, put in the work, and represented BikeWorld Performance Racing all season long.
π₯ A FEW 2026 HIGHLIGHTS
π Southern Illinois Grand Prix β BPR claimed 3 of the 5 overall podium spots!
π΅ Mountain Bike Racing β Hailey Kell took 1st in Expert Women and Kevin Bohanon took 1st in Expert Men at Dragonβs Back. Zack Wilkins and Austin Hines also landed on the podium at Catalyst XC.
β±οΈ Endurance Grit β Josh Yopp won the 6 Hours of Capital View. Nate Jones followed a 2nd-place finish at Klaus Park Klash with a strong Leadville Trail 100 MTB finish in 9:05:59.
πΎ Gravel Miles β From Unbound to Big Sugar, our riders took on long days, tough courses, and plenty of gravel. At Big Sugar, Dustin Burkeen cracked the overall top 100, and Misty Bohanon finished 4th in her age group in the 100-mile race.
β€οΈ Giving Back β Through the Misaligned Minds Bicycle Tour, BPR presented $1,000 checks to three local mountain bike teams for the second consecutive year, with 100% of donations supporting the teams. Investing in the future of cycling matters just as much as racing.
Behind every result are the training miles, early mornings, mechanicals, setbacks, sacrifices, and teammates who keep showing up for one another.
To our riders, families, sponsors, supporters, and everyone who helped make this season happen: THANK YOU. You are what make this team special.
Weβre proud of what we accomplished in 2026βand weβre already looking forward to whatβs next.
Same crew. More miles. See you in 2027. π₯
