Sharing this as a caution for coaches, service providers, and small business owners considering high-ticket coaching, consulting, or funnel-building programs.
As the owner of Transform and Flow LLC, I worked with Jen Clarke / Jen M. Clarke under America’s Business Coach / America’s Business Coaching Academy. Her Facebook profile currently appears under the name Jenna M Young-Clarke. Based on my experience, I would not recommend the service.
My initial interaction began as what was presented as an interview opportunity for a book, but the conversation shifted into a sales pitch for a paid coaching program. I also felt the offer was framed in a misleading way through references to a grant, a holiday/New Year special, and payment options that were not clearly explained.
I paid $7,995 for business coaching, lead generation support, and funnel-related services. For that level of investment, I expected clear strategy, customization, implementation, accountability, and completed deliverables. In my experience, the value did not justify the cost. Much of what I received felt like general business knowledge rather than the level of custom support or ex*****on I expected from a high-ticket program.
I already had systems, branding, content, platforms, and preferences in place, and I communicated more than once that I wanted to keep and build on my own systems. Instead, I felt pushed toward her preferred systems and process.
One of my major concerns was Click By Click billing. Based on my agreement, Click By Click appeared to be an add-on platform/membership portal, not a required service and not the required place where my sales funnel had to be created or hosted. I communicated in writing in January 2026 that I did not want to move forward with Click By Click, but I was later charged two $97 monthly fees.
My understanding was that Click By Click would only be charged after I enrolled my first client, which had not happened. When I questioned the charges, the explanation appeared to change, including applying the charges toward a missed appointment fee or Canva migration. I did not authorize those charges to be reclassified after the fact. I disputed the charges with my bank, and after investigation, the bank reversed them in my favor.
I’m sharing this because transparency matters. Clear deliverables matter. Billing clarity matters. And when someone is asking for a significant investment, every promise should be in writing before money changes hands.
My advice to other business owners: before paying for any high-ticket coaching or consulting program, get everything in writing — deliverables, timelines, platform requirements, ownership/access, refund terms, cancellation terms, missed-meeting fees, recurring charges, financing terms, and what “grant” means if that word is used.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Jen Clarke / America’s Business Coach / America’s Business Coaching Academy.
