Summer Strength & Conditioning

Monday-Thursday
6 total weeks
No workouts June 29-July 2
Open to ALL INCOMING 7th-12th graders
Must be an Ozona student

*No official workouts during the weeks of July 20-July 30. Specific dates/times will be announced.*

3 groups: HS Boys, MS Boys, All Girls
Sport Specific Skills 10:00-11:00

This week in Ozona Athletics:

Monday: Varsity Athletic Awards Ceremony - 6:00 pm in the auditorium. Open to all varsity participants from all sports during the 2025-2026 school year, including Cheer.

Friday: Boys 4x100m relay runs at 5:00 pm in Austin at the State Track Meet. This is the first 4x100m relay appearance at State since the 1970's from what we can gather. Let's go!!
