I always thought I was healthy… yoga, balanced eating, daily movement, and a focus on mental wellness. Despite my efforts, I struggled with stubborn weight, minimal muscle gain, cravings, and fatigue.
In 2025, bloodwork revealed a vitamin B deficiency and autoimmune issues. With guidance from my doctor, I made significant nutrition changes, including adding more animal protein and eliminating processed foods.
The results? Less bloating, no cravings, more energy, increased strength, and finally losing the weight I couldn’t seem to budge.
Now I’m completing my board certification as a Primal Health & Wellness Coach and learning the science behind what truly helps us thrive.
Health isn’t about restriction, calorie counting, or chasing the next diet. It’s about finding what works for your body and creating sustainable habits that help you feel your best.
