Wow I have been neglecting this page... I do apologize.
I seem to have a hard time multi-paging π
What have I been up to? Well I've been trying to create a routine in life, especially when it comes to being active at the gym and this past week I've started conditioning my big guy π΄ back into training. We also just took out annual Family vacation the last 2 weeks of April, and the week before we left the 8 week weightloss challenge that I am running started, so thats been something as well.
So back to routines, I really want to make a point of posting to this page. I want to be accountable with my health and wellness journey...
I've quit smoking π¬, it has been over a month since I've had one. (What's something you've quit? How hard was it to do that?)
I'm trying to get to the gym 5 days a week, but at least 3 or 4 minimum, because life happens sometimes. (What is your go to workout routine?)
Training Cash π΄ 3 times a week right now along with taking him for walks 2 other days. (Do I have any fellow equestrians out there?)
I've been working on increasing protein, and trying to reduce sugar, along with eating more vegetables. (What app do you recommend for tracking food intake?)
I'm starting the Wegovy pill this weekend. (Has any one of my followers been on that, or something similar?)
