I seem to have a hard time multi-paging πŸ˜‚
What have I been up to? Well I've been trying to create a routine in life, especially when it comes to being active at the gym and this past week I've started conditioning my big guy 🐴 back into training. We also just took out annual Family vacation the last 2 weeks of April, and the week before we left the 8 week weightloss challenge that I am running started, so thats been something as well.
So back to routines, I really want to make a point of posting to this page. I want to be accountable with my health and wellness journey...
I've quit smoking 🚬, it has been over a month since I've had one. (What's something you've quit? How hard was it to do that?)

I'm trying to get to the gym 5 days a week, but at least 3 or 4 minimum, because life happens sometimes. (What is your go to workout routine?)

Training Cash 🐴 3 times a week right now along with taking him for walks 2 other days. (Do I have any fellow equestrians out there?)

I've been working on increasing protein, and trying to reduce sugar, along with eating more vegetables. (What app do you recommend for tracking food intake?)

I'm starting the Wegovy pill this weekend. (Has any one of my followers been on that, or something similar?)

The last few weeks I've been being conscious to make an effort...to getting back to the gym and finding that healthy version of me again! I've been unhappy for far too long. I've let myself revert to 2014 me. I've gained ALL the weight back.
Today I added 50 lbs to my leg press, I did 1/2 mile more in the same 65 minutes on the treadmill at a higher incline. Pushed myself with more reps on each machine.

Can I get a hell ya? Started with abs, did the 30 min circuit, followed by legs and back and then finished strong with 2...

Morning walk with my goober! It's been hard to keep on track over the last year, I've had my own personal struggles and my husband's health. I've gained weight, I feel bloated and tired most days, my shoulder has been acting up, and my back has been bothering me. I've been seeing a Chiropractor, which helps but I know I am ready to feel GOOD again, I am ready to be strong and healthy again! I am making this post to be accountable... and hope you will join me. My sister and I are starting a Back to School Weightloss Challenge, 6 weeks of getting back on track. Link to the group is in comments.

I had shoulder surgery on March 8th, I have healed, had set backs and healed some more. PT is going really well and she thinks I am able to start making an a start back at the gym. I am so excited to get back to me... the strong fit me! For anyone dealing with medical issues like mine just know you are stronger than you realize! It takes time yes but believing in yourself is the first step.
