Work out of the day:chest day

Dumbbell flat press (warm up)
2 set as many reps as you want 35 pound dumbbells

1) Flat bench press feet on the bench rep range
10,10,10 ,8,5,3, each set adding weight they call that progressive overload.
Key note my feet stay on the bench just to work the whole chest with out using other assistance on a way in a form of power lifting style

2)Incline bench (barbell)
5 sets of 5 reps controlled reps
I do 5 reps because i go alittle heavier do to the fact the upper pec is what gives the chest its look

3 ) incline dumbbell flies 3 to 4 sets of 10 reps each.. nice and controlled getting a full stretch and getting the full benefits out of the movement

4) flat bench lower pec flies with dumbbells this movement is simple and complex you take lighter dumbells start unhand grip swing the dumbbells to the sides of your hips and back up contracting thee under pec.. its a movement to help define the under part of your pec.. i do 4 sets of 8 to 10 repetitions..

Now cardio i do after my workout
One if your cutting weight its better to do cardio after you work out .. expell glycogen and lemptin by working out and when you do cardio after your body needs to replenish there for it starts taken from stored at cells in the body
