-As I write this on the last airplane in our long trip home, you see, today I get home from a 8-9 day mission trip in Brasil. While, today is Dayka and my 12 year anniversary; It also happens to be Father’s Day. We were able to FaceTime on our trip, but I’m ready to hold my family tight. The best anniversary and Father’s Day gift will be to land on the ground and hug and kiss my family.

-Dayka, thank you for putting up with me for the many years and I hope you get to put up with me many more. I love every step we have taken and how God is working in our family. Thank your for taking care of the house and kids while I went off on a long mission trip, your support for all I do never fails and I’m thankful for that.

-Micah and Deacon, I am so proud to call you my boys and I have missed you while I have been away. It’s such a joy to come home on Father’s Day and be able to see y’all. Y’all both have shown me another kind of love that one can’t understand until having kids.

-The love for ones spouse and children is so wide and deep. And yet, I think about God sending his Son to this world, to live a perfect life, and be sent to the cross and die for the worlds sin. Ultimately you get to choose to trust him as your personal savior or your can turn your back on him and walk away from the free gift.

-If there is one thing I learned from my trip, it’s that we can’t waist time sharing about Jesus and showing others His love. He loves everyone and desires for you to love him as well.

I will not be around IG much over the next 10 days. I will be stepping out of my comfort zone and going on my first mission trip. The Lord opened some doors and made it clear that this was something I needed to do. He made everything line up and work out perfect.
-
This is a big step for me in growing my relationship with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. As I leave my family behind to do Gods work, I trust that he will do big things with our mission team and take care of those we are leaving behind.

I will have tons of stories and pictures for when I get back! I’m the meantime, if you would commit to praying for me and my family while I’m gone, I would deeply appreciate it. Thank you & God bless

To say I have a beautiful wife is an understatement… but to say she is the most beautiful wife who is the best mom is not. I may be a little late with the post, but the thought is always in my mind.

Thank you for being the best mom to these two little boys! From the car rides full of music, laughter, and lots of questions to the afternoon ice cream, snacks, or hunting on the last day of the season; you build memories these two will cherish for a lifetime. There’s nothing that makes me more happy than seeing you with our boys.

Yes I may have missed a day, but I’ll catch up! This was my first attempt at a hidden tang. Customer wanted an antler knife and Damascus blade so we gave it a go. Was definitely a fun learning experience!

2022 is in the books and 2023 is here. These were my top 9 liked post/reels from 2022. We had a great 2022 and only look for 2023 to be even better!

My first reel hit 105k views, finished my 100th knife, did some raffles, held my first auction, and donated some blades to charities… lots of great stuff came out of 2022.

2023 is lining up to be even better, as we have some epic collaborations lined up. Changing up the business model a little, and looking at attending blade show 2023 in Atlanta.
