Its time for Zumba Therapy!!!!
Last week I was sick, but this week I am so ready to sweat it out with my zumba people!!! We have class tomorrow at 6:15pm!!!!! There are 8 spots left!!! I hope to see you there!! 💃

We showed up, and we did it!!!
💃 Tonight's first Zumba with Meka was absolutely amazing! We sweated out the stress of the day and we left it all there on the dance floor! We had a therapy session for sure!!! Major thanks to everyone that came for my first class!!!!!! I had an absolute blast!!!! Until next time!!!!! 😁
